End User License Agreement

For product: Security Antivirus - Max Cleaner

Max Dev Labs (Security AppLock & AntiVirus)

(hereinafter "we" or "us") is the owner of the mobile app Security Antivirus - Max Cleaner. In order to enhance user experience of our product and service, we develop the End User License Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement").

Agreement aims to collect and analyze some usage data of our product and service, and then improve the user experience. Agreement is free for user, and participation in Agreement will not interrupt or interfere with your mobile activities, such as by imposing pop-up dialog boxes, or requiring mail or telephone surveys, etc.

Your participation in Agreement is completely voluntary. You can choose to take part in or not before you launch Boost Cleaner, and you are free to quit the Agreement at any time without any reason. Taking part or not will not affect your access to Boost Cleaner. We recognize that user’s privacy is important, so we have created this Statement to explain the Agreement.

By agreeing to take part in Agreement means you CONSENT to us as follows.

The Agreement collects the following types of information:

1. Feature usage statistics during AB Test:

Statistics during AB Test period about how you use our app, including what the actions you take when using the app (such as buttons you click on in the app), how frequently you use a certain feature, to what extent a feature is being used, and so on.

2. Basic application experience statistics:

Statistics about how the app behaves in consider of its performance, such as how long the junk is scanned, how much the junk is scanned and what is being scanned;

How your data is used:

Data collected pursuant to Agreement will be used only for the purpose of analyzing, evaluating, reviewing and improving the user experience of our product and service. We will not share your information with any third party and will not use your information for other commercial purposes, unless we obtain your consent.

The security of the data:

We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We take precautions – including administrative, physical and electronic measures to protect data from unauthorized access. Please be aware that no security measure that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of data which is impenetrable.
